[Testlink] (to converted to an insight, for now just a question) Is it possible to use html in the (execution) notes?

Interesting question as line breaks and spaces get condensed. Use instead
bla<br/>blörtz
or 
<ul>
    <il>bla</il>
    <il>blörtz</il>
</ul>
